I was referred under the care of Mr. Vemulapalli following a ruptured achilles tendon. I received excellent care whilst seeing Mr. Vemulapalli and his team. I was given a fantastic explanation of how my tendon was ruptured and how best it was thought by him to be treated. He also took time to explain to me as to why he opted to treat my condition they way he did and that made me feel much more comfortable. I saw him on a number of occasions, each time I received fantastic care and attention from him and his team. Unfortunately I had the mishap of re-rupturing my achilles tendon 4 months after Mr. Vemulapalli had corrected it. When I saw him again he put me at ease explaining how he thought best to treat it, despite the fact that this time the injury was much more serious. He even consulted other professionals within his field to ensure that the best possible outcome was being followed to ensure a full recovery. This certainly made me feel that he was doing all that was within his capability to help me. I am now well on the way to making a full recovery and that is most definitely thanks to the wonderful expertise, experience and skill of Mr. Vemulapalli. It is very evident how well appreciated Mr. Vemulapalli is with both patients and staff alike. He is a very approachable man, with the warmest of welcomes when you see him. At no point do you ever feel rushed within his company. His endearing manner always seems to put you at ease and it is worth noting how well he listens to all of your questions, queries and concerns. He is a well mannered, well spoken Consultant and above all, a true gentleman. He has many, many years worth of experience within his field. I can honestly say I am glad I was under his care. Having spoken to other patients under his care, it is safe to say he is an exceptional Orthopaedic Consultant and clearly holds his patient's best interests at heart. I would most certainly recommend Mr. Vemulapalli to anyone whom has Orthopaedic and trauma associated injuries. He truly is an asset to the NHS!

We were treated with the utmost sensitivity, given a very clear diagnosis & full explanation of what to expect. Mr V's care for the individual is exemplary it would be almost impossible to improve on the service we received. We felt very comfortable in his presence and able to express any concern as he treated even the simplest question with respect.Mr V made what was to us a traumatic experience quite manageable. We are deeply grateful.

I am pleased to be under care of Mr Vemulapalli as I feel reassured that I am receiving good quality of care. I sustained complex fracture of foot and was referred to Mr Vemulapalli by another orthopaedic consultant. Mr Vemulapalli explained me about sustained injuries, pros & cons of surgery and prognosis. After the surgery I am regularly seeing him in out patient clinics, where he remains quite professional and caring. On one occasion when his Junior doctor reviewed me in clinic, consultant went looking for me outside clinic area as he wanted to review him. This shows his commitment and caring attitude towards his patients. I will definitely recommend him to other patients who require orthopaedic care
